In a sea of stunning gowns and big names in Hollywood during the Oscar Awards on Sunday, only a few managed to stand out.
At Elton John AIDS Foundation’s 21st Annual Oscar Viewing Party, many actresses were spotted carrying interesting purses. Some of them came to the party holding the same purses they had at the awards show.

2. Fan Bingbing and Her Roger Vivier Clutch
Fan Bingbing looked stunning in an Elie Saab Haute-Couture Spring/Summer 2012 gown, which features a chiffon skirt with trail and embellishments.
Her black Roger Vivier didn’t match her coral gown, but it’s absolutely the kind of purse that’s classic and can last for years.

3. Chelsea Handler and Her Oval Clutch
Showing a classic look with a hint of edge is Chelsea Handler, who arrived in a blue-and-black floor-length dress.

4. Nia Vardalos and Her Daniel Swarovski Clutch
I personally didn’t like Nia Vardalos’ navy blue gown. The layers and ruffles seem too much.
Also, teaming it up with black sandals and a white satin scarf didn’t do good for the entire ensemble. Her dangling earrings didn’t match the look, either.

The only good thing here is the Daniel Swarovski clutch. It’s classic, and it can lend some elegance to anyone’s outfit (which it somehow did to Nia’s).
Its glittery ivory shade is accented with golden crystals at the edges. Love it?

5. Nicole Richie and Her House of Harlow Clutch
Nicole Richie definitely stunned in her sexy, cleavage-bearing Roberto Cavalli dress. It’s a black-and-white long-sleeved gown that remains sophisticated even with that deep v-neck!

To add some color, Nicole carried a red House of Harlow “Tilda” clutch, which features snake-embossed leather and a jaguar-motif hinge-lock closure.
This red clutch definitely added a complementing drama to her getup, right?

6. Nina Dobrev and Her Swarovski Clutch
Nina Dobrev looked flawless in her Naeem Khan Fall 2013 black-and-white gown. It features a trail and a sexy open back.
It’s a nice gown, but the lace design somehow makes it look like wallpaper or a rug of some sort.

7. Analeigh Tipton and Her Stark Clutch
Fashion model Analeigh Tipton looked absolutely gorgeous in an Elie Saab dress, which features lace embroideries, a thigh-high slit, and a deep V-neck.

8. Carmen Electra’s Black Clutch
Carmen Electra looked, well, hot. There’s no surprise there. I just don’t feel her dress that much. Her black satin clutch is certainly a classic, and you know it can go with anything.

9. Mena Suvari and Her Jimmy Choo Clutch
Red and gold can be a luxurious combination. However, it didn’t work for American Beauty’s Mena Suvari. She donned a red Lisa Ho gown, which looked unflattering for her petite figure.

We’ve seen her clutch many times before and its most popular version is the golden one with a large purple gem.

10. Debby Ryan and Her Proenza Schouler Clutch
Is it just me, or did 19-year-old Debby Ryan look old in this ensemble? Her Lisa Ho gown is undoubtedly sexy, but the color didn’t do her any good.
