That’s the House of Harlow 1960 Olivia Clutch in python. No, it’s not exactly made of real python (just python-embossed leather), but the piece does look classy up close.
Aside from the exotic-looking material, the purse also features a studded jaguar’s head as a motif for the clasp, as well as a detachable chain strap:
