For someone who is in her forties, Kylie Minogue sure doesn’t look it. Perhaps it’s her happy disposition, or maybe it’s her classic but youthful (and sometimes quirky) way of dressing, whichever it is, the lady looks 10 years younger.

Case in point, these pictures of her taken just yesterday while she was out doing errands in London rocking authentic black Ray-Ban Wayfarer sunglasses:

Doesn’t she look fabulous and chic in her biker outfit? She looks uber cool and edgy. And to soften the toughness a little, she opted for a light gray leather tote.

Sources say it’s by 3.1 Phillip Lim. But I’m really not sure because I can’t find anything like it on the Phillip Lim website.

Granted, the bag looks functional and dependable, but for some reason, I find it a little too ordinary. I don’t see the oomph factor in it; no pizzaz, no degree of flamboyance that distinctly makes it a Phillip Lim.

It looks too plain. Perhaps it’s from an old collection…or maybe from a really new one… If you like it, I suggest you go for something less expensive (Phillip Lim bags start at $795).

You can grab a more affordable piece and get the same result. Try these mid-range designer alternatives from Mytheresa and Nordstrom:
