Cory Monteith, known for his role as Finn Hudson, a popular jock on “Glee,” was the on-screen love interest of Lea Michele’s character, Rachel Berry.

He was found dead at the age of 31 in the Fairmont Pacific Rim hotel in Vancouver. The police expedited the autopsy and toxicology report for Monteith. The British Columbia coroner’s report confirmed that the cause of death for the “Glee” actor was mixed drug toxicity, involving heroin and alcohol.
