Kelly Osbourne really knows how to liven up a rather formal-looking ensemble, and we’re not even talking about her light purple-colored hair.
The 28-year-old Fashion Police host wore a simple black lace-sleeved dress at the 2013 Do Something Awards, which was held just last Wednesday in Los Angeles. But, of course, the quirky fashionista had to break the glum feel of her dress by carrying a vintage Hermès handbag featuring a smiley face.
Yes, that’s a smiley-faced Hermès handbag she’s carrying, ladies and gentlemen.
