This clutch is actually similar to acrylic clutches that are so hot today. The thing is, this one seems crafted only from clear PVC. It may look cheap to some, but the sparkling Swarovski crystals and the structured metal frame make it elegant enough. The frame and the enamel clasp also seem to have embedded crystals.
