We spotted Mandy Moore sporting a new shoulder bag a few weeks ago. Looks like it’s her current favorite, too, because she was seen with it again over the weekend.

Any ideas? We hate it when we’re so close to identifying a purse.
We’re pretty sure we’ve seen it before – that extra-long pull tab strap is the one detail we can’t forget. However, we can’t quite remember from what label it’s from.
